I am the Operations Manager of Saklıbahçe Tarım A.Ş., which produces Cherries and Apples in an area of 2500 decares in Niğde Ulukışla. Although 43 days have passed since our cherries were harvested on 14/7/2022, the fruit appearance preserves the visuality of the first day in terms of vitality, Brix and firmness on the stem and fruit. The fact that the cherry, which has a storage life of 16 days under normal conditions, maintains its first-day condition after 43 days is significant for our country’s cherry export. It shows that we can export cherries to the world cherry market in September-October. I thank everyone who contributed to this beautiful project as a producer and exporter.
